Parent Forum News May-June
Many thanks to the parents who attended Parent Forum last month. We spoke about how the staff and the parents can work together for the benefit of the children.
The main messages on this topic from the parents were that they wanted to be better informed about what their children are learning in school and wanted more opportunities to be in school.
What we’re doing:
The staff, the children and the parents we’ve spoken to all seem very positive about ‘All different. All equal. All learning’ as our school’s slogan/strap line – it’s really stuck with people because it seems like a vision we can all share.
Our last parent forum for the academic year 17-18 will be on Monday 9th July at 3.30pm. If you’re interested in representing your child’s class please email firstname.lastname@example.org
April. Our monthly parent forum started this half term. Many thanks to those parents who took part. We still have spaces if anyone else is interested.
Our next meeting is at 3.30pm on Monday 21st May.
The subject under discussion will be ‘How can the parents and the school help each other to help the children?'
At the meeting we’ll also set what we’ll discuss at the next meeting as well as the date and time of the next meeting.
